The Zakarni Group is a family owned investment company focused on investing in the real estate sector. Our investments range from acquisitions of land, property development, and fixed income real estate investments.

Based out of Jordan, the Zakarni Group business activities spans more than four decades when it was founded in 1974 as an import/export company. In the 1980’s and 1990’s, investments were made in the manufacturing sector, primarily in production of ceramic tiles and sanitaryware, and becoming one of the prominent suppliers in the region. Since 2005, the group has divested from manufacturing and dedicated itself to industrial and residential property development.
